The long wait to check in. A group was having major problems getting the room paid for. A third party company didn't complete the transaction

The staff was amazing. My room wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the toilet base. The tub handle still had dried soap scum on it. There was paper on the floor near the bed so I’ll assume the room wasn’t vacuumed and barely cleaned. The light by the bed didn’t work. The room phone was missing keys. The hotel had no ice machine and breakfast was a muffin and coffee. I will never stay at another extended stay under this hotel brand. The unit was reasonable based on the price point of the booking and the staff was nice, but the floors in the room were absolutely disgusting as if they are never washed. Our white socks were black after walking around on the floor in the room for a short time without our shoes on and we threw them all out. The booking probably would've received 4-stars otherwise (again, based on the price). Please wash and scrub the flooring in the rooms or at least Room 203, so gross.
