It took almost 30 minutes to produce room keys. Rude desk staff. No in room coffee maker and coffee in lobby ran out each morning by 8:00 and they made no more.

There is trash, an RV, and stolen shopping carts full of junk around the property. It is in poor condition, smells of marijuana, and is overall very unsafe.

Stayed here during family weekend for UD. Dirty, old, noisy, and unkempt (kinda smelly too). Staff was nice tho. Not a good choice unless you’re desperate.

The hotel needs a complete makeover. Started with when entering the building there were piles of garbage (invitation for rodents) The interior of the hallways- walls filthy carpeting was beyond filthy. The room- the lock on the door did not work, the cabinets in the “kitchen” were falling apart, Take a shower and there was hair in the tub go to grab a towel and it was stained. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. The room was old, dirty, stained, not clean. The carpet was damp. The kitchen floor was slimy. The sink had a piece of hair stuck to the faucet. There was a very questionable stain on the headboard. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

We had to leave and cancel our stay because there were roaches in our room!

AY AWAY - Suites. Very poor place — we only stayed for one night. When we arrived, the trash from the previous guest had not been taken out, the towels on the rack were dirty, hair on the bathroom and the sheets were stained. When we called for assistance, nobody was available at night or in the morning to remove the trash or bring clean towels. No staff around at all — service??? Do not stay Smoke alarm aas beeping and i told front desk about it they didnt do anything. Floors smell like weed. Bathroom needs to get fixed.. I would not recommend staying there
