Our room was clean. Check in staff, Ellen, was very nice and professional. She offered assistance with my mother to enter the building if needed. One chair in our room was very worn and should have been replaced. There were no hair products in the bathroom. I brought my own. There were soap bars for shower and sink.

Nice clean place, quiet, seems safe. Only issue I had was the couch in my room looked like it was ten years old.
The breakfast and coffee were cleared by 9am. I can see the breakfast being cleared but maybe they should consider keep a pot of coffee on throughout the day

Awesome all around .Room are nice and clean. Easy convenient parking . Staff was friendly and very helpful
It was just ok, tv kept shutting off & blinds didn’t work! Outdated & noisy plus uncomfortable bed
