I’m writing this review for the Extended stay hotel in Norco ,Ca . This would be me and my fiancé’s second time staying at this location. I must say both times were very pleasant. The location is easy to locate. The floor we stayed on appeared to be quiet. Our room was nice and clean. What ever we needed the staff had no problem providing us with any necessary items . Me and my fiancé stayed at the Norco location on 2 occasions. I must say both times were very pleasant and quiet. We had no issues with the room, staff or residents . I must say all the staff and the general manager Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.We will definitely be back again.

The Staff works hard but rooms need some upgrades,mattresses,window treatments for noise
