Quality Staff Members Room was clean, customer service staff Simone and Michael are what customer service reps should be, patient, kind, efficient and very helpful and did not hesitate to help me. They Maintenance Staff member Steve is the un sung hero that need acknowledging also; From what I have observed he not only worked hard to keep the equipment functioning, he work extra hard to keep the property clean!!!
We loved the hotel we do plan to go back in June with a bigger crowd. The only down fall I wish we were notified of the elevator being down. I have a broke foot and I had to go up to the 4th floor, very inconvenient.

The staff are friendly but Michael in particular is awesome 😊. It’s a bit different than a normal extended stay but suits the purpose. Needs some minor repairs/upgrades. Elevator wasn’t working at the time but not their fault and the staff did their best to accomodate. Will stay here again
