Pleasantly Surprised! Needed a last minute inexpensive booking for a stay on New Years Eve. The location was good and when we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff. When we did a street view it showed an unfinished building. We asked and it had only been open less than a month! To enter beyond the lobby requires a key and you immediately feel safe. Pleasantly surprised The room was actually quite beautiful compared to most other places I've stayed. The app says dogs stay free, but when I called to verify I was told it's only $10 each, I think 2 maximum, less than 80 lbs. So we decided to bring our two along for our New Year trip. It looks to be a long term stay hotel as it had a cook top in the little kitchenette along with a full size refrigerator. The hotel is very nice and very clean. The auto lights and issues with the plugs was annoying. You had to turn off all these switches before getting comfortable. Was charged by the hotel and Expedia for one nights stay and I am still waiting on my refund.
It was a very simple, no-frills accommodation with everything that I needed, clean comfortable room at the place I wanted and at a price I can afford. What else can I ask for? They even had a huge full sized fridge, a microwave and a stove top in my room if I needed them. I wish this idea of hotel accommodation would be more available everywhere.

Overall just terrible customer service and the rooms aren’t as they look on the website. Much dirtier.

I book this property for my husband recent surgery; I needed handicap accommodations which I was told by the staff it was I need to shower him prior to surgery, when we arrived the room had a tub it was very difficult, they said will get us another room but not till the next day, which was too late, TV didn't work, noisy we couldn't sleep, horrible bed, had to ask for everything including soap, shampoo, and dishes for the kitchette. We will never stay at this hotel again. The front desk staff were rude, it was dirty, loud and uncomfortable.
