It was dirty and smelled
The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the smell in the hallway and in the rooms was not pleasant
The service and staff sucked no ice machine and we had to wait with a reservation for 20 minutes and no one was there LOL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Time travelers GSA No keys for the room, room wasn't cleaned, the bed looked like there was no changed the sheets
Upon checking in the front desk, Robin was crying from The customer ahead of me. She stressfully asked if I was checking in and I told her yes. She threw her hands up and said I’m over booked. I don’t have room for you. She had to keep leaving the front desk because the key cards were not working and she had to walk every customer to their rooms. Floors were sticky, carpets were stained, bugs crawling out of walls. Will not be staying there again. Staff was kind though.
