Walls are very thin .. my kids was woken up by adults things going on in the next room :( and no pool or continental breakfast !!

DORM ROOM FEEL! Check in was okay but not friendly and the hotel is horribly set up. Your on lock down and feel Unwelcome and the customer service is horrible. The rooms are nothing like they are shown in the pictures. This room simply put is the same as a college dorm with cheap as spring mattresses and no comfort! You get two small towels and when you call for another they tell you that you can not get another one until 4 pm!!!

Look elsewhere Got booked into a handicap room. Front desk wouldn’t switch out to a regular room. Hotel was empty so they did have availability but they wouldn’t accommodate.

I thought that because it said “suites” it would b a nice room. The bed looked like a sofa sleeper. Metal bed frame and open. No carpet, floors r laminate. I hate walking into a room w hard floors. Rooms need to be updated for sure. I probably won’t be staying here again.

UNSAT Security Cleanliness: Upon arrival, while spraying the beds with Lysol, several little itsy bitsy spiders emerged. It seems as though either housekeeping or the previous guest(s) left behind long stands of hair on the bed, pillows and in the restroom (particularly on the towels and on the floor). Kitchen: No dishes, no glasses, no utensils, no dish towels, stovetop with no pans or pots.
