Not again. First I want to give credit where credit is due. The staff is good. When you can find them, they’re very helpful. The hotel was fully booked for the weekend and they only had one person on the front desk who did not show up for 10 minutes after I got there. We were not given to rooms next to each other even though we had booked two rooms together. There was one room between us.
