Sam GM is awesome. Very understanding. Had a great staff that works with customer.
Wanted a drink and snack. Person at the front desk pointed out the vending machines. But didn’t say they didn’t work. So I lost my money.
I love it here. Best staff. Best area. Trying to stay monthly 5 stars

Lackluster and Dirty The location was good for what we needed, but the hotel was very lackluster. The floors and furniture were not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were OLD and rusted, and the tile in the shower needed a good scrub. We killed several bugs in our room, but we were on the ground floor. You have to ask at the front desk for silverware/kitchen items, which is fine, but the first time I asked, the employee didn't have a clue what I was talking about.
