Lackluster and Dirty The location was good for what we needed, but the hotel was very lackluster. The floors and furniture were not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were OLD and rusted, and the tile in the shower needed a good scrub. We killed several bugs in our room, but we were on the ground floor. You have to ask at the front desk for silverware/kitchen items, which is fine, but the first time I asked, the employee didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Not again. First I want to give credit where credit is due. The staff is good. When you can find them, they’re very helpful. The hotel was fully booked for the weekend and they only had one person on the front desk who did not show up for 10 minutes after I got there. We were not given to rooms next to each other even though we had booked two rooms together. There was one room between us.
