Good: Large room. Comfortable bed. Reasonable price. Not so good: Required a $100 deposit in addition to the room charge with no clear explanation: bathroom sink was plumbed backwards; and the TV did not work (kept dropping the signal).

Staffing Issue No fault to the very helpful young lady at the front desk, but I arrived at 2:30 for my 3:00 pm check-in, but my room was not ready due to staffing/housekeeping issues. I had to find a place for me and my family to hang out until about 5:00pm when I was called and told that my room was ready. The young lady at the front desk was very apologetic and offered us a discount, but after driving for 4 hours, I was not very pleased that I had to get back in my car and drive around for another 2 and 1/2 hours until my ... read more

Understaffed and hallways reeked of pot smoke Hotel seemed understaffed. We booked ahead. It took several minutes just to get someone to check us in. Then she had to walk to the room herself to see if it had been cleaned, so check-in took several more minutes while other people waited for their turn. When we got to our room there was only one towel. Requested more and were told they were being washed - no more available for 20 minutes. They did bring more towels to us after 20-30 minutes.
