Receptionist was very nice
Place is good to stay, it was clean. Need to upgrade the A/C units they are too loud. Other than that, very good.

Place is clean and the staff friendly. We were told that the area around it is very unsafe and there is no security. There are no amenities in the rooms and you have to ask for basic stuff. Still for the money it is ok if you have to get to the airport for an early flight
Great price and proximity to Oakland airport. One night stay between flights. Very clean rooms and the hotel offered lots of free parking. We felt very safe in this area and did not see people living on streets that is common in other areas and hotels near airport. Check in was easy and the lady was very professional and nice. Just sad that they cannot stock rooms and the kitchenettes as they did in past because of potential theft. But they do have regular items and amenities at the front desk if you need them.

Property is close by the airport. My room was clean but shower head wasn’t working. I had no extra tissue paper and I was not given in wash cloths which is unacceptable.

Quiet and clean
A good deal for a full apartment near the airport Hotel is very clean and comfortable--my room was essentially an apartment, with a small kitchen, a couch/chair living room area, a queen sized bed, and a large bathroom. And it was actually cheaper than many of the more typical hotels around Oakland airport that just offer a room with a bathroom. I like the ability to shop and cook at the location. I also like that it had an apartment feel.
