Great hotel, just not this location... So we stay at the Extended Stay America pretty often, as we travel to Stanford every two weeks for my wife’s lung cancer treatment. It’s a sponsored hotel by the American cancer society. We’ve always been very pleased with our stay and the service. So when we decided to stay in Oakland for the Pink Concert, I chose the same hotel. The service was fine, the location was fine, as it was by the airport and off the main roads, but the room and property seemed old and run down to a degree...... read more

Two week stay The only problem was that some guest smoked

Disappointed It was a bit disappointing. I’ve stayed in the other location near and was much better experience with the staff and cleanliness. I won’t stay here again

Wish that the beds were more comfortable. Our room had a bad tv remote and air conditioner was off and on
