Great Location Comfortable, convenient place to stay while I visit relatives in Alameda.

ESA on South Loop Road Really Getting Better!!! They are working really hard to clean up the hotel...it was obvious they are making improvements to the site and the staff...it's terrific!

Great location mediocre accomodations The girl working the front desk was rude and completely unwelcoming. She appeared bothered when we requested bedding for the pull out and only sent sheets and a pillow, no blanket. There was a huge ball of hair that was not swept up by our bed. Food items were left in the refridgerator/freezer. The location was quiet and perfect for our needs. However, zero amenities. There was not even a ice machine on site.

Extended stay rate is that of a four star hotel only that the quality rendered is of a 2 star motel. I must say though much improved from how terrible extended stay use to be. They have no cameras in the parking lot nor in the hotel except the one inside the lobby by the cashier. No security roaming the ground during the night to watch you vehicle park at your own risk.
