Good hotel It was a bath bad experience to get into the hotel , the hotel was not able to find my reservations I made through Expedia . Had to wait more than 30 mins to find my reservation . It's not a pleasant experience to ha e wait for your hotel you booked on your trip . Hope Expedia does not let this happen again

just ok... not a great buy for what they charge Pros: hotel close to airport, fairly roomy, bed was comfortable. We had a baby and pack'n'play with us and there was plenty of space for us to set him up for bed. Cons: our carpet was wet from being cleaned when we checked in, some of the employees were great but some had major attitude problems, there are no restaurants close by, breakfast was very underwhelming especially after paying over $100 per night, and there was NO coffee maker in the room.

Good. It was a good experience, but I don't like that they don't clean up the room every day, need to stay for 8 days for them to clean.😩

really bad service It was the worst service i never had, i had to make my bed they didint do it
Disrespectful Neighbor My stay was great except I couldn't get any sleep from the neighbor. Very Disrespectful I complain to the manager. They wouldn't move me, no refund so I didn't start that following week.

Room was large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. The only negative was the TV channels were fuzzy and did not work well.

Customer services It was great the only problem we had was the cleaning services, they only come every 8 day so you have to clean yourself. I was there for 5 day's I had to pick up clean towels & sheets. Also a clerk was never there, they all between 25-35yrs old Russell was the only clerk I did see at the front desk when ever he was there at work, the others I had to wait or hollow out for someone to come, no one was ever available.
