Convenient safe nice location to the airport Check in was fairly easy, I returned late in the evening for my stay and was able to get an additional blanket at the front desk without issue, room was clean, PARKING was FREE...overall great place for Oakland Airport proximity convenience

Average hotel highly priced Decent hotel but highly priced, breakfast and wifi should be better. House keeping should be everyday.

Other than the microwave not working properly, everything else was great.

Service The first room I was checked into was a nice size; however, the toilet didn't flush. So we called the front desk right away. The front desk representative switched my family to another room which was smaller than the first. My stay would have been better if they would have switched us into the same size room rather than a smaller one.

Oakland The staff was friendly, toilet did not work, I had to fix it & the shower did not drain. Room was clean but smelled of cigarettes.
