Quick day getaway Just a one day getaway. The front desk person was WONDERFUL and extremely helpful. She even called me when my room was ready. I can't remember her name (and I'm sorry I don't) because she was fantastic. If there is a way for management to know who checked me in she gets the highest kudos!!!!!!

Great Staff The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was adequate--nothing fancy. The breakfast was very basic--a to go meal.

I had a pleasant stay The staff was pleasant; especially Russell. He went above and beyond to help me change rooms when I was having breathing trouble walking down the long corridors. He put me right up next to the lobby, and helped me pack. A terrific guy. Hi, Russell! The rooms were clean and quiet, and I had no problems.

Quiet hotel not far from Oakland Airport Comfortable, clean room with sitting area and kitchenette. Slightly away from the hubub of the airport yet close enough to catch an early flight. Basic utensils in kitchenette but no coffee maker or mugs. Shampoo but no conditioner. Now that I know to bring my own, would definitely stay here again.
Old buildings but great staffs :) I was staying there for a week. I had injured so needed with my bags. There was none for helping baggages but the maintainess guy 'Nick' helped me out for both chking in and out!. And other staffs were kind overall. But if u are looking for a fancy equipped hotel, this wouldnt be ur best choice.

Close to airport Overall experience was satisfied. Friendly staff, room was cleaned, the kitchenette is a plus. The breakfast was ok, but I would suggest to have continental breakfast on weekends. Keep up the good job!!!

Nice Hotel Great location to catch a flight if your leaving in the morning. Rental car return is near by.
