Great that the property is fully gated (not a nice neighborhood)

The Staff are excellent; very helpful and provide service with a very cheerful disposition. The hotel breakfast is sad; and should not be termed breakfast at all but snacks on the go with courtesy Coffee. The property can definitely do with updating considering the cost of a room!!! Overall I must reiterate “It was a pleasant stay. CAUTION - Beware of theft outside the hotel especially in the surrounding Panera Bread restaurant area; our car was broken into and belongings burgled. I like handling the cleaning of my room myself. The staff here is very friendly and professional.

Ok Not as clean as I would have liked and smelled like cigarettes pretty bad.

Not a good experience It was terrible. I got there exactly at 3, which is check in time. The receptionist said that I would have to wait a while after 3. The lobby was dirty. The first room they gave me had wet paint on the walls, so they had to give me another one. The room wasn’t as clean as it could have been.

Stay ok, Staff was friendly, and helpfull. Area had to much homeless in the area, one person was even in the entrance of the hotel.
