Friendly staff Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Location was decent, but there were some things that needed repairs in the room. Nothing that effected my stay, just cosmetic.

THE ROOM STILL SMELT LIKE CIGARETTE SMOKE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NON SMOKING AND THE ROOM NEVER GOT COOL EVEN WITH THE AIR ON. JUST A STUFFY ROOM..

It is essential for anyone thinking of staying here to know that they do NOT have an airport shuttle, despite what their parent company advertises. To their credit, when I expressed my frustration with having to unexpectedly get a cab, they were willing to make it up to me in the form of a discount
