It is essential for anyone thinking of staying here to know that they do NOT have an airport shuttle, despite what their parent company advertises. To their credit, when I expressed my frustration with having to unexpectedly get a cab, they were willing to make it up to me in the form of a discount

Sleepless night Neighbors were loud. Staff was horrible to deal with. Made me wish I had never went there.

Really lovely reception staff, particularly Gwendalyn. Super fun lady who makes you feel like she’s welcoming you into her own home. Such a warm & friendly lady, really liked her. Started our stay on a high & she checked us out too so it finished on a high as well. Room was clean & comfy. Well set up. Coffee surprisingly good (Australians notoriously hate American coffee so this is GOOD coffee) Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend staying here :)

The hotel was cozy, the staff was really friendly, the breakfast was ok. It’s oatmeal, muffins, protein bars and coffee. For the price I wouldn’t mind stay again. It was clean.
