The staff is great. But i tired to get a room for my brother, i booked and your company took the money off my card but the night time clerk had told me that there were no rooms available so i canceled but your company refuses to refund me my money.

Quiet, clean, all appliances working, decent laundry room with large washers, privacy. I could see parents w/ children being disappointed with the TV channel array, but for a business traveler this is a pleasant Haven.
