For the price this isn't a bad hotel. Our toilet was clogged as soon as we got into our room. We went to the front desk and they handed us a plunger... Not the best customer service in my opinion. Their only other option if the plunger didnt work was to move us to one of their hotels on the other side of OKC. This won't be high on my list of options in the future.

remote control did not work and the exhaust fan in bathroom would wake the dead...so so on the house keeping. staff was nice.

Derrick was very helpful. He was the only employee working so he was super busy, but he helped each of us as best he could and was friendly. This hotel allows pet and our “clean” room smelled like a litter box. Ewww. There is no ice machine. Derrick did give us ice cube trays so we could make our own, but that still takes awhile. The “breakfast” was pathetic. A couple muffins and a handful of granola bars! Thankfully there was a Starbucks nearby.
