The area around the garbage cans was disgusting. Trash was everywhere. The door going out to the parking area was broken and wouldn’t open with our room keys.
Room was good, free breakfast was very limited. Almost no water pressure in the shower

Good Hotel Customer service was excellent from the moment I checked in. The receptionists was polite and couteous. My overall stay was good. Couple of issues I had with my atay was, the chair in my room had chocolate all over it, and the exterior side doors would not close or open with key card.
Best staff Staff was super friendly and so easy to work with. My favorite hotel staff so far. Beds were super comfy and room temperature controls were amazing. We had to get 2 rooms and one room wanted cold and the other warm and we all got what we wanted.
