Front desk people were great, as they always are at this location. The good: Main areas of room reasonable clean. Floor appeared cleaned and mopped on the areas where you walk. The location is convenient because it's right next to a convenience store and west olympia isn't far. Air conditioning unit working and in good order. The bad: Fridge had not been wiped out. Very clean, professional and above standard staff
Most places like this have a breakfast room and provide you with a substantial breakfast. This one does not. They did however give us a kitchen in our room, although you have to get utensils, dishes, pots and pans from the front desk. In any case, we didn't use the kitchen. Also the mattress was not great and the room smelled like fresh wall paint. You can do better for your money.
The cost of this room is not equivalent to the quality. Staff interactions were ok, not great, location was decent.
The ac in the room did not function properly. Floors were sticky when checking in. Offered breakfast is just coffee and muffins.

It was okay
Certain staff is amazingly gracious. I stayed at this location for almost four months. When you reside at a location with multiple people you always have stipulations but local staff seemed to deal with local situations fairly well. They have the most whitest sheets ive ever seen, most prompt response to issues and a knack for dealing with the most vast of issues.
