The beds were extremely firm, it was like sleeping on a board.

Adequate place My son and I stayed here for the Olympic swim trials. It was clean, in a safe neighborhood and well connected to the trials venue by Metto bus. The bus service was very convenient. Price per day was slightly higher than what one would expect for a place of that caliber. That said, it served our purpose, but that's it. Nothing striking of superlative about any aspect.

Dirty towels from previous stay in bathroom and no one at front desk when I checked out

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff! I was upgraded to a bigger room so I had a large space all to myself. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
My visit at the hotel was great. The customer svc was great they all wanted to know if everything was OK. It was great
