Wonderful Stay due to staff!!! Our stay was to be 1 night which ended up extending to 4 nights due to vehicle issues while moving to TX. Staff was outstanding with extending us on a day to day basis. They were helpful in providing ideas for daily activities to help keep a 6 year old entertained. Pet friendly with no weight restrictions, close to mall (with IMAX cinema), close to markets, restaurants and quiet.

Non Smoking if your lucky Booked a non-smoking room online, upon arrival I was told they were out of non-smoking and I would have to take smoking. No discount was offered or anything to make up for the error..I have stayed here many times so I was surprised by this sad display of customer service...
all great except "continental breakfast" was pathe Very friendly staff. Nice hotel, great special room. I was very disappointed in the "continental breakfast" which consisted of singly wrapped granola bars. Muffins and apples. I went ahead and have it a 4 star rating because everything else was great and done night nut care that much about that. I won't be coming back though as, for the same price, the Western Inn in Council Bluffs was all that and more... Great breakfast, indoor pool, food provided at night, etc
