Great place for the price Nice, simple, place. Great service from front desk. Limited kitchen supplies that you have to request, but we took advantage of this. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Nothing fancy, but was a great place for the price.

Good value. Room was a bit cramped, especially with sofa bed out. Day and evening staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is an older hotel, but it was well maintained. My only issue was that my refrigerator starting making a noise at 2 a.m. and I couldn't get it to stop. I wasn't going to call the desk at that time. Told them in the morning and they were replacing the fridge by that afternoon. Also, I had to check out a day early, and the desk clerk was great about getting a refund processed via Hotels.com since I had prepaid. Overall, I would stay here again.

Comfortable bed The hotel staff was nice and the room and bed were comfortable. I slept like a log. It helped spending a long day at the zoo. Don't plan on having breakfast here. This was a misleading claim. They offered only terrible coffee, granola bars, and those individually wrapped muffins that I personally find inedible. On the up side, we loved the great breakfast restaurant called Over Easy.

Good Hotel The room was nice for the price. It is convently located in the middle of the city and close to many venues.

best value available A baseball tournament in town had room prices in the stratosphere. ESA had the only reasonable cost when I made reservations. Clean room, good exercise room and equipment. Attentive staff at check in.
