Worst customer service I have ever had. I made a reservation around 830 or 9 o'clock in the evening. And after finishing my work that night went to the hotel around 130 am and the front door was boarded up. There was a sign attached to mail boxes to open to get keys for rooms according to your initials. As mine weren't on the box I called the number it had for help. the worst hotel I ever in my life been in... I was robbed. and don't appreciate it. will never recommend extended stay America to no one... first and last stay..

Extremely disappointed! I reserved & confirmed one room with two double beds. When we got to the hotel, they informed me they don't have such (but needed to update the website, which they haven't done for 6+ months). They could give me two rooms, two floors apart instead! Won't recommend this hotel to anyone, and I won't be staying there again!

Pictures are deceiving I was disappointed with this hotel only because it was dirty. The carpet was not just stained, but it was dirty. After walking on the carpet with my bare feet, my feet were actually black. That led me to wonder what else wasn't cleaned. My three kids were with me on this trip, and so I felt uneasy just letting them make themselves at home on the carpeted area. Pictures on website for hotel-isn't what you get I was very disappointed in this place overall. The pictures on the website do not really state how this is. No shampoo, no hairdryers, and the shower curtain had mold on it. I had to go get allergy medicine due to the mold in the room. The windows had it as well. There was hair on the bathroom floor which obviously the housekeeping is not to par. not the place you want to spend the a single night I did a late check in, and to my surprise the room i was supposed to be in was not cleaned. The room was left the without cleaning once the previous guest had checked out. The rooms were musty and the phone number for assistance was not working.
