Usually a good place to stay... Overall, a decent place. Check in was good, and the manager was very helpful. When we extended our stay, however, another woman helped us. We booked through Expedia, and paid in full online. When we tried to get our keys renewed, we were told we had to cancel our reservation. Not please I got accused of having a pet in my room which i do not own one and then i a rude lady put me out of the the manager christine did not do anything to help the situation her employee was very rude and disrespectful they refused to give my back my deposit on top of that I stay there about 20 days there was no house keeping and I had to clean my own room since there was no house keeping.. poor attention to service. First night I got in town about 9:30 or bit later. clothing cart had a flat tire. I had to check out cups, dishes, or any other kitchen items. Last thing I needed to do was to make 2 extra trips to the third floor for equipment that should be in the room. Plus, I blood stains on the sheets when I went to bed. Over priced in Omaha Staying here to attend college world series. Room was clean and adequate. Very old bathroom and tub had great difficulty draining so you were standing in water to your ankles when you finished. Furniture was fine and bedding was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well but was very loud. You have to take your towels down to the desk if you want more but they were very nice and took care of it quickly. Unpleasant stay The room looked fine when we walked in but in the morning there were 20 big flying ants in the room. After taking a shower there was 5 inches of water in the tub because the drain wasn't emptying fast enough. The room ended up getting switched the next day but not a great experience overall.

Never again This was my birthday weekend get away. I just choose the wrong hotel. It appeared to be clean but I found hair in my sheets, hair in the tub, something red on the toilet. It didn't smell fresh. The group across the hall smoked marijuana all night. Just was not the weekend getaway I was going for. Would I stay again? If I had know other choices! never say NEVER!!

Yikes, stay away. I usually never leave comments, but I feel obligated to leave on this time. This place is gross. The outside and neighborhood was great, but upon entering the hallway to our room the smell was terrible. The smell stayed with us into our room. The room was had large burn holes in the carpet and it was very dated. I paid $ 153 and wish I would have stayed anywhere else.
