Liked the price. Eli at the front desk is very polite and friendly. Didn't like the smell of the hotel and room, the man at the front desk at night, uncomfortable bed, checking in was a hassle even with a reservation, no coffee pot in room. We stayed at Extended Stay America - Omaha - West from Aug 16- August 19 2018. While the plus points for us were value for money ( good rate)& location of the hotel ,some negative points to note which made our experience an unfortunate one: there were no Plate, pots or pan in the room and when asked the receptionist for some pots & plates we got a dirty pan and 2 small plates. Room smelled of someone’s bad B.O. and wasn’t very clean. Breakfast was dismal at best. Hotel staff were okay, but not great. I had Expedia cancel the remainder of my stay after one night and book me elsewhere.

Was very dissapointed. The gym was down, they had no breakfast, staff was rude, and they didnt let you know about any rules they had. It was supposes to be non smoking but the whole 2nd floor smelled like cigarettes all the time.

Room was fine. Hallway smelled terrible, they had way too many air fresheners going. 'breakfast' was a joke. The gym was not open, apparently they had a water leak a few months ago that has yet to be fixed. I would not be keen to stay there again.

Not the best Bathroom toilet kept leaking, bedroom and hallway stunk, stains on blanket

Worst stay ever We had to wait for 30 minutes for clerk to check us in. The room was dirty. Bathtub full of contaminated water. Had to switch rooms. NEVER AGAIN
