They overbooked so on the busiest night of the year we were left without a room. I had to find one somewhere else late at night! Poor service!

Mulch was everywhere!!! Staff seemed to never be around.

Nice and clean property but staff was rude and unhelpful.

For me to be paying for a suite it came with no appliances or anything, and not to mention they had a new guy at the front desk working overnight. So it took 54 min for me to check in at 3:25am, which was very inconvenient.

It was horrible and housekeeping never came and staff was so dull and the room looked like they never been clean

This hotel was just barely adequate. It REEKED of cigarette smoke even though the entire property was supposed to be nonsmoking. The bathroom was not well cleaned and there was visible mold in the bathtub and shower. Kitchenwares were not provided (basic dishes and cookware). If you wanted to use them, you had to go to the front desk to get a large plastic crate to lug back to your room. This hotel is desperately in need of an update. We will not stay here again.
