Pros: The front desk staff were great. I did a late check-in and the young man was extremely polite, efficient, and personable. The daytime young lady was equally helpful. My AC worked beautifully! I read bad reviews about their AC, so I was so thankful mine worked well and as expected. The shower was pressure was excellent as well as the temperature. It was the hottest shower (perfect for me) I’ve ever taken at a hotel! The room was free of bugs. I checked for bedbugs and roaches and saw neither, nor did I see any indicatio... read more
