Shower didnt get hot. Floors in lobby and elevator areas were sticky

The hotel had debris all over the floor in my room and in the hallways. There was a few dead bugs near the elevator. There are bugs everywhere so I understand but worth noting. My bathtub was clogged. It is kind of noisy with the wood floors. We were on the third floor and you could hear everything above you. The property is just a little bit rundown. The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff at the front desk, who were courteous, attentive, and accommodating. Other than that, our first impression was not the best, since we pulled into the parking lot, only to find the driveway partially blocked by police responding to a disturbance at the hotel.
