One front desk person was amazing. She was helpful and goes beyond for the guests. Everyone else were just OK, no enthusiasm to help guests. No one was at the front desk frequently, and instead a bell needed to be rung for help. 2 of the 3 days there was no breakfast or coffee.

Staff was friendly and great with providing stuff for the kitchen

No dishes, no toaster no coffee maker

Very close to Disney and I love the fact that you have a full kitchen
There was nothing in the kitchen and when we tried to check things out there wasn’t any options.

Good location!
The parking lot was not safe. We saw several people doing drugs in cars, along with many homeless around the property. It served its purpose for our quick trip to Disney but we will not stay here again.
