No housekeeping and no hot water for my shower. No late night or early morning AM front desk staff.

Had a pleasant stay, no issues. We were in town for a convention and the location was great, just a short walk to the convention center and lots of places to eat right around the corner. We did not go to Disney but hotel is literally across the street from Disney parking, and shuttle picks up right at the hotel if you need it. Will keep this location in mind for future trips!

Hotel is in good proximity to Disney and the room as spacious and clean. The downfall comes in their "perks". Breakfast is incredible limited and should be called a snack. Coffee, tea, and a muffin does not make a breakfast. Their internet offering isn't free either, you have to pay extra for usable internet and on-top of that their reception is terrible so you're constantly losing signal to the router. So the stay is passable, but very barebones.

Looks old and smells weird. Since I have a small daughter I could of picked a better hotel.
