I had a good stay ... however I asked for the phone in my room to be repaired twice and no one came to repair it.

Great room, Great location! Absolutely enjoyed staying here. The room was very clean and super comfortable. The location is excellent if you’re walking to the House of Blues.

The location was good and while it wasn't bad, we walked in to the smell of marijuana and both the rooms we got had sort of a funky smell in general (smoke I think). I know you probably can't tell who is smelling marijuana in what room but they should try to track it down because the smell of skunk is not pleasant. Staff was nice... room was a little dirty though (used Q-tip under the bed, etc.).

Good location and serves well as a sleep station. Kitchen amenities were lacking as far as cooking. Didn’t realize many guests were actually long term residents who lived there. The homeless guy in the lobby for 5 hours shaking from the DT’s was interesting. He was allowed to freak out without being removed. Hallways smell like rotting trash because of the trash rooms on each floor weren’t being handled correctly. Other than than, you can sleep fine and enjoy the sights for the majority of your trip.
