I liked how close it was to Disneyland. The refrigerator in our room was very loud, we had to unplug it. The person at the front desk when I checked in claimed I didn’t have a reservation even after I showed him my confirmation emails. after a long Day at Disneyland this was very frustrating to hear. It turns out he finally found the information. I did like how easy the front desk make it to park our car there the day we arrived but couldn’t check in because it was too early.

Requiere mejorar el aseo en general La ubicación del hotel es estratégica por su cercanía con Disney, en su mayoría el personal del hotel es amable y las habitaciones cómodas, sin embargo las zonas comunes, pasillos, ascensor, lobby, etc, requieren mayor cuidado y mejor aseo, en general mi percepción es de desaseo general en las instalaciones.

disneyland stay Hotel was very well kept. Bed was a little hard, but location was great and service was excellent.

Try Motel 6 next time The location is good. Checked in and could not get a key for the room. There was a problem with the key machine, at first told 15 minutes, then after half an hour, I had to be escorted to my room. Hotel hallways are smelly and trash outside of some rooms. After a long day at work, not happy! I left to get food, came back an hour later, still no key, and escorted to my room. Upon checking out, I mentioned to Manager and he said it still wasn't working. A zoo or hotel? Wifi service was not stable and you must use the third party wifi saervice. They need thier own wifi system. This hotel allows animals therefore it smells like a zoo. Even in the elevator smells llike a dog pee. I woul not recommend this one for family trip.
