No help The service was not so great. No information given, no directions, no small amenities offered. Breakfast was not explained, no housekeeping offered.

Hotel was conveniently located near where we had an early appointment Friday. Booked the hotel because of its location and price. Clean room and friendly staff. Could have had more shampoo in bathroom since we were two, not one, but overall... okay. Wi-fi was okay, but always disappointed when a hotel tried to charge you more for high-speed internet. It should be included, no extra charge. Overall, satisfied.

Ok for 1 nighter A good overnight location. But noise in parking lot, loud music, drinking, was left unchecked which made me uncomfortable. It took long for security to be found to address the issue.

We were not in our room much, so many things you might need from a hotel were not used or needed. We did not get any Maid service or new towels for the 4 days we were there, but I just kept the room cleaned on my own. the room was very spacious and did just fine for our needs besides there being no cleaning. The location WAS PERFECT for Disney Land.

The room smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room. Upon entering the smell was strong even with the open window.

Location was great for what we needed. Price was fair but for a non-smoking room in a hallway that reeked of smoke from beginning to end. Must have had smoking for 30 years before we checked in. So bad. two old office chairs in the room with at least 10 stains on each chair. Breakfast was packages of oatmeal and hot water. Not even bowls to put the oatmeal in, just cups. We went to IHOP.
