Horrible When I arrived at Sunday night 11:45 PM I had to dial 0 for someone to come to the lobby to assist me with checking in. The concierge told me that the only rooms that are available are smoking rooms and they proceeded to book me in room 303. As a non-smoker the room has a strong tobacco smell that caused me to have head aches and I was unable to sleep. This was a big disappointment. The accommodations we're the worst we've ever had. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard. They finally changed the mattress but the damage was already done. Room shabby and outdated. We'll never stay there again. Very poor.

What A Dump Nice enough looking from the outside, but what a dump on the inside. The lobby smelled strongly of onions or some strongly-odored food coming from the employee break room. The front desk guy was pleasant enough. I ended up being given a smokers room (I'm a non-smoker), and it's not an exaggeration to say that it smelled as if an ashtray was being shoved in my face -- just shocking the stench! No More Pay extra for cleaning. No attendant at front desk 80% of time. Long empty hallways. Not equipped well for disabled.

Not what it used to be :( I was really disappointed as I prev had stayed at extended stays and found them to be much better. This one did not have any of the kitchen amenities stocked. The gardeners started mowing outside the window at 7 am, though guest rules are to be quiet until 8 am and they do not have a pool.

Disappointed for the price I paid the bed was comfortable. The shower was great. The room was clean, but I stayed two nights & you have to pay extra for housekeeping to come in daily. No coffee machine or cups in the room. They had free wifi, but you had to pay extra to get faster connection. The tv reception was snowy on most channels. No pool. Breakfast was very minimal.
