The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room itself was clean and the kitchenette was nice, unfortunately our non smoking room smelled of smoke and so did the elevator. We had to change hotels after the first night due to smoke allergies.

Unfortunately, rooms with two beds are located farthest from elevator- a challenge for those with mobility challenges.
We needed pet friendly hotel and a kitchen with a refrigerator in the Cypress area. This was a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. The room was clean and smaller than I expected. No balcony or patio. The closets didn’t have doors on them but it made the place feel roomier. They added shelves in the closets which made it handy to put clothes and other stuff. We love the full size refrigerator in the small kitchen. Out dated, rooms have bad odor, a lot of activity in the parking lot. Rooms need to be cleaner, blankets very thin
