My first room was very quiet and clean. room 107. my second room 324 had an odd smell and didn't feel as clean. it was also a little nosier. the front desk persons were great. very friendly and professional. Malie at Cypress CA was above and beyond. Overall it is a good stay.

Property was very convenient and close to Los Alamitos Medical Center where I had an appointment. Room was not ready when checking in at 4pm but was given a discount when my room was ready. My room had a sink that was draining slowly and took a while for the toilet to fill with water after flushing.

Mel at the front desk was super friendly and truly takes pride at giving service. I would stay again.
💯 reccomended Stay was 100% perfect from check in to check out. No issues. Staff are all very nice and helpful. Very accommodating to every situation within their capibility. Definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean.othet guests are respectful and quiet the entire stay was great and is my top pick for places to stay now.
