Nearby work, shopping, restaurants were OK ... hotel was unclean, people were hanging out ... !

Stayed on the second floor Ave the entire floor smelled like human urine.

Rady was so helpful and kind. He greeted me at the front desk and was so helpful in answering all my questions. We stayed on the second floor, and there was a strong smell like too much cleaning product trying to cover up cat spray. However, inside the room it was very neat and clean. The AC was very cool, water temp in the shower was perfect. We were kind of disappointed with the breakfast, to was grab and go and by the time we got down to eat. There wasn’t much left.

This property was in a great location, central to the places we needed to go. It seemed old on the outside, the smell of cleaners in the lobby, elevator, and hallways was very strong. The room we stayed in was nice and clean but needs updating.

Simple budget hotel The front desk initially claimed the hotel does not offer early check in. When I told them the corporate guest phone had informed me early check is possible, the front desk allowed it. But made it very clear that this was an exception. Seems to be a disconnect between corporate and this hotel. The kitchenette was very dated with dents in the refrigerator door. Some type of burn on the bathroom counter.
