Staff was very friendly & I liked that they had my room ready early. Property is dated but clean.
The room was functional and good enough for a couple of days there. No microwave in the room. Very average, but affordable.
Ok, the checking was pretty smoothe. The security was not. The keys to get in, worked only sometimes. I was locked out of building. Got to front door, no one was there for over 13min. You need to be better. I was afraid to be standing out there. Every visit out was horrible. When we attempted to check out, I tried calling no answer. We went to office no one was there for over 15min. We left the keys on the desk and left. Friendly staff during check in. She explained and allowed early checkin procedures.
I didn’t realize there was no pool and when the room needed repair, no offer was made to move the guest to another room.

The furnitures were old. The pillows had a smell. Maybe it’s time to change them. Don’t know if appliances work cuz we didn’t use them. The rooms were not available at check in time. We had to wait for an hour. It was about 5pm by the time our room was available.
