The hallway outside my room smelled very strange. A hoarder appeared to be living in a nearby room.

Sticky floors galore This is not a hotel. There is a large population of people living full time in the building. It’s odd. No housewares in the room due to covid? I had to request them and go to the front desk to retrieve them. There is a towel exchange where you bring your towel to the front desk and they replace them. Then after 7 days and after requesting no housekeeping, they enter my room and “cleaned” it. What happened to covid? It was quiet. Rosie was awesome at check in. The hairdryer was broken and she found another right away.
Really convenient around Huntington Beach and LA area; Keisha at the front desk made us feel super welcome and was informative and warm. Thanks!
