There was no desk chair, coffeemaker or coat hanger in the room - perhaps you have to ask for these ? There is also no pool.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had to change rooms due to scheduled flooring work in our original room second night after we arrived. Here’s the thing. Considering the hotel is technically located in a town with constant drought conditions working on plumbing should be your first upgrade. The bathtub faucet in 217 and 203 were losing gallons Gallons of water per day. What a shame. You encourage guest to recycle plastic room access keys but fail to see this terrible waste.
