Ok for 1 night Check in was great until we got to our room..... As soon we walked in a certain smell hit us in the face... and the smell didn’t go away the whole night 😔😔😔😔

We deserved a non-smoking room but the entire hallway from the elevator to our room smelt strongly like cigarette smoke.

You get what you pay for - friendly staff, clean room, FEW amenities, worn furnishings, poor TV reception.

Apparently there was a break in to another persons vehicle. I was talking in my vehicle when a woman in a white car yelled at me if I was staying here. I said yes and she proceed with what room.. sorry not gunna tell anyone yelling at me what room I’m in.. I hadn’t yet put my pass in the dash bc it’s illegal to drive with it there. Her customer service skills are lacking, and she was rude as hell. Not okay with how she treats her patrons. If u don’t like your job, leave. close to alot of good restuarants and walking distance to the Honda Center

April 2019 Disneyland trip Very helpful staff. Served very good coffee. Room has lots of USB connections for charging. Plenty of free parking spaces. Less than 10 minutes drive to Disneyland Toy Story Parking lot. The bad things - poor free wi-fi connections and outdated furniture.

Road Blocks Great hotel but we weren’t told about the area construction or that roads will be blocked because of the games going on on both sides of the hotel. This made it impossible to get to from W.Katella. We had to take a detour and this was difficult not knowing the city.
