Horrible Chain and Booking site There was nothing on the website about checkin other than it starts at 3. My travel was delayed so I arrived after midnight. The front desk worker was there but could not give me a room as the system was updating. Hotels.com was not able to rebook me either so I had to sleep in my car. Small claims court will be expired against both companies. This should not have gone this way.

They stated in the morning some type of food to be on site. Neither morning there was nothing provided or offered.

The property was short-staffed and were having difficulties with their Check-in system. We had to wait 20-30 minutes to get checked in.

Very dirty. The refrigerator had stains on the outside. Outside of the hotel had homeless and people getting arrested. I did not feel safe or comfortable during my stay.
