Don’t stay here So dirty and gross

Hotel doesn’t look like picture very outdated and building has odor

Hotel looked in poor conditions, looked dirty, room not well maintained, bed was uncomfortable. Lines looked and felt old. I will never use this hotel again. I was very disappointed. I was expecting something different. Holiday Inn express way better!

Absolutely awful stay! Checked in on Friday night. On Saturday night our room keys didn’t work. They told us that we never checked in even though we did. We had room keys and all of our luggage was inside the room. The man at the desk wouldn’t let us into the room to get our things. We had to argue with him for 20 minutes before we could get in to get our things. Absolute nightmare! Check in was a nightmare. They had a team come in and no one knew what to do about getting the rooms so the weight to get it checked in was quite a while.

Rude management the man’s name is Alex. He hung the phone up on me when I was talking to him. And a maid walked in my room at 9:30am when check out is at 11. I was in bed still. And some creepy guy came up behind me when I was getting my stuff out of my car. I think he worked there. Just exactly what I didn’t want to happen happend while I was there.

Towels were discolored not white so didn’t look clean, bathroom sink rusty, tub faucet white from I’m hoping hard water, exterior fridge rust stains all over front door

We got checked in to a dirty room but luckily an employee who clearly was trying to handle everything was kind enough to move us we do not blame him it seemed like the whole place was a giant mess trash everywhere clearly more people need to be hired

Cold front desk rep, chipped paint on the walls, no shampoo in room, iron wouldn’t work and no replacement arrived in the requested time frame, “breakfast” is coffee and pre-packaged fruit bars.
