Good 1 night stay A nice stop for business but not really for pleasure. The bed was noisy and the linens were a bit light. I like a cushy comforter and pillows. It was a great value

Stay America/Lake Forrest You pay for what you get. In view of the average price that I paid for the hotel, I pretty much got an average accommodation

Good location, price, and staff......buuuut The hotel was conveniently located for us. They had a kitchen and a fridge and allowed dogs. They staff was helpful and friendly. There were lots of spots to walk the dogs around the perimeter. Unfortunately they also have sketchy people staying/living there. Someone was working on a car jacked up. Others were spray painting something in the parking lot. Lots of peeps hanging out outside smoking. At least the inside did not smell like smoke. Our carpet was gross. Not from our dogs ... read more

Had to stay due to local fires in OC. Went down for coffee in the morning and there was nobody at the front desk and the coffee station in the lobby was a mess and absolutely no coffee to be had. I know it’s not the end of the world, but it’s all I wanted in that moment.... wish they had coffee makers in the rooms.
