The rooms smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room😕. There were ants near the air conditioner and I found one on a pillow on the bed .’

Good place, poor service. The room was nice, no smoke smell in the hallway like most Extended Stays. Quit area. There was a loud humming sound coming from the wall. Sounded like a washer/dryer was inside the wall. I actually like rhythmic noises when sleeping. But I'm sure others wouldn't like that sound in the room I had. I let the know about it and they didn't seem to care very much. I also asked to be able to check out 30mins after 11am and they wouldn't let me without paying for it, which is ridiculous!.
