Someone pulled fire alarm at 2am then everyone stood outside for an hour after a late night out celebrating with friends. Then at 9am on a SUNDAY they began work in unit above us in with hammering and drilling. Asked for a credit or partial refund and was told I could have a late check out?? Still couldn't sleep if I did. Staff was rude and unaccommodating. NO apology for inconvenience. Poor customer service!

it took three different rooms to get one that was to my liking and that everything worked as designed...

This is not a good place to stay. It is old , dirty and our room smelled like toxic ammonia. There were pubic hairs on the toilet seat and no hot water

Kitchen had zero items, non smoking room reeked of smoke

Smell like marihuana all over. Tiny rooms. No cleaning service daily. Only coffee given.

Horrible! The AC didn’t work in the room, pillows were horrible, and the floors were so dirty.

Staff was very friendly rooms are run down and old property is very dirty not well taken care of vending machines are not available after 11
